Gluconia is a diabetes management software, aiming at helping diabetics track, understand and control their therapy.

It provides a set of features allowing them to log all the information related to their treatment (blood glucose level measures, drug takes, insulin injections, ...).

The entered data can be visualised as graphs and statistics and printed in order to archive the results or communicate them to the doctor. This one thus gets clear and readable documents, helping him decide if an evolution of the current treatment is necessary as well as check the impact of previous changes.

The patient is then able, by comparing the data and the graphs of different periods, to analyse the effects of these changes by observing the evolution of his blood glucose level measures and his other health indicators.

Data input

The information is entered day by day, the same way one writes down information in a diary. Some advanced features, such as the Custom drug takes or the Insulin pump profiles, speed up the input of recurring information.

A better understanding of diabetes

Thanks to the available graphs and statistics, the patient is better informed about the evolution of his diabetes. He can compare different periods and analyse the evolution of his blood glucose level measures by himself.

Thanks to these analyses and to the built-in printing of complete reports, the patient-doctor bond is of better quality.

Gluconia has been designed from the start to realise complex processings while staying easy-to-use. All users, from the complete beginner to the power user, no matter what their hardware is, can use it.

Additionally, customisation settings make the software adaptable to every kind of patient. Everyone can for example set his custom blood glucose target level or his insulin/carbohydrates ratio to use the built-in insulin dose calculator.

Data input is not limited to blood glucose level measures only : the user can also keep track of additional information such as his weight or his blood pressure.

Not satisfied with being easy-to-use, Gluconia allows a quick start thanks to a complete documentation in English and by providing the user the possibility of importing data already entered in an other diabetes management software.
