  • What are the hardware requirements to run Gluconia?

    Every computer running Windows 2000/XP/Vista or Mac OS X 10.5, with

    • a screen having a resolution equal or superior to 1024*768 (15") for Windows computers
    • a screen having a resolution equal or superior to 1280*800 (13" panoramic) for Mac computers

    is compatible with Gluconia. In order to copy all the required files during the installation, you will need approximately 100 MB on your hard drive.

    We advise you try the free evaluation version corresponding to your operating system should you have any doubt about the compatibility of your hardware.

  • How to buy the software?

    In order to buy a licence of Gluconia for your computer, please follow the "Get Gluconia" link located in the Navigation menu.

  • Where is the documentation of Gluconia located?

    The documentation of Gluconia is copied when you install the software. It is delivered with both the full and evaluation versions of the software.

  • Can I use Gluconia to enter blood glucose level measures in mg/dl or mmol/l?

    Yes, you can customise Gluconia to enter measures in mg/dl (unit mainly used in Europe) or in mmol/l (unit mainly used in America).

  • Can I enter blood glucose level measures based on whole blood or blood plasma?

    Absolutely, and this parameter is used when Gluconia computes the estimation of your HbA1c value (glycosylated hemoglobin).

  • Can I send the result of my blood glucose level measures to my doctor by e-mail?

    Gluconia is able to export all the graphs, statistics and reports in PDF files, allowing you to easily send them via e-mail.

  • What are the other software I can import data from ?

    At the moment, Gluconia is able to import data coming from Diabass and SiDiary.
